Here are the prescribed (recommended) match times for the February Cup:

I really encourage you to play these games AHEAD of the prescribed time (that way some of us will be able to enjoy our Friday/Saturday evenings), but if it is completely unavoidable, please let me know of your issue as far ahead of time as possible.

It is mandatory for a team to have a sub (I suggest more than one) and teams who are unable to field a team by the prescribed time will either play with their available members or forfeit by default.

If there are any questions, please feel free to shout!

Match Roster will be available on Wednesday afternoon.

There will also be an additional Double-Elimination Tournament on Saturday/Sunday for teams who dropped out in the first two rounds of the competition. This competition is optional, but gives lower teams the opportunity to get some extra matches and gain points towards the cup. All points gained in this lower competition will count for 1/4 their standard value.

Surprised the bracket structure hasnt been fixed yet... the games labeled as "Sunday 8:30 pm" dont actually exist

When the team from the losing bracket beats the team from the winning bracket in the "Sunday 6.30pm" match, then that second game becomes necessary. Nothing needs to be "fixed" there.

Yes, there could be two grand finals games, but the actual "bracket" serves no purpose (except as being a convenient place to label the time for the 2nd game I guess). Look at the bracket for tourney IV for example, there was 2 games, but the two extra slots werent filled, the "6:30 pm" link was used for both games (which makes sense). But its a very minor thing, so whatever

Lets hope for no telkom interruptions this time !_!
